Immediate Start – Manufacturing Operatives Required
Owen Payne Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Smethwick, a well-established and leading name in the steel manufacturing industry.
Due to ongoing growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving company on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment and be available for immediate start.
Job Duties:
- Assembly of components and products
- Picking and packing items
- Operating machinery
- Banding metal products
- Using hand and power tools
- Measuring and checking materials using standard equipment
- Carrying out general duties as required by site supervisors
Shifts (Fixed Shifts – No Rotation):
- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
