Owen Payne is working with an experienced family-run company looking to recruit Support Workers in the Warwickshire area, including Coventry, Leamington, Stratford, Warwick, and Nuneaton.

You must be caring, empathetic, have a full clean driver’s licence, and have access to your own car.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care and support to Clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities.
  • Assist Clients with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Help Clients to take their medication.
  • Support Clients with mobility and access to activities.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Ensure Clients\’ safety and respect their rights and choices.
  • Maintain accurate records and write reports.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Enjoy double pay on bank holidays and Christmas!
  • Paid mileage from home.
  • Christmas Bonus – performance-based.
  • Automatic pay increases after 1 and 5 years.
