Owen Payne is working with an experienced family-run company looking to recruit Support Workers in the Warwickshire area, including Coventry, Leamington, Stratford, Warwick, and Nuneaton.
You must be caring, empathetic, have a full clean driver’s licence, and have access to your own car.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to Clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities.
- Assist Clients with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Help Clients to take their medication.
- Support Clients with mobility and access to activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Ensure Clients\’ safety and respect their rights and choices.
- Maintain accurate records and write reports.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Enjoy double pay on bank holidays and Christmas!
