About the Role:
As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, therapeutic care to young people within the company\’s integrated residential services. You’ll act as a Manager, role model, and guide for your team, helping to create a nurturing and stable environment where young people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective day-to-day management and administration of the home, including maintaining adequate budgetary control and financial procedures.
  • Accurately maintain all records, including children’s records.
  • Organise and hold regular staff meetings.
  • Manage training and supervision of staff members.
  • Participate in the recruitment and retention of staff.
  • Ensure adequate safe staff cover in the home at all times.
