Our client, a leading multi-beverage manufacturer known for producing a diverse range of well-known UK brands, is actively seeking a dynamic and committed Warehouse Operative to join their team at the Mansfield site.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders being picked correctly using in-house systems and meeting or exceeding performance targets with a flexible and hands‑on approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully repackage products while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Preparing orders for shipment by checking labels and ensuring packaging was secure.
- Keeping the work area tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
- Help monitor stock levels and take part in routine inventory counts.
- Working closely with colleagues to complete daily workloads and met production deadlines.
- Candidate Requirements
- FLT Counterbalance is required for this position (in‑house licences are also accepted)
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, packing, or similar fast-paced environment
- Experience operating an LLOP truck is beneficial, although full training can be provided
- Able to work confidently on your own as well as contribute effectively within a team
- Well organised, with the ability to manage tasks and use initiative when needed
- Comfortable adapting to changing workloads and business demands
- Working Hours: Rotating Shift Pattern
- Rotating shifts of 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00.
- AM & PM shifts - Monday to Friday
- Nights - Sunday to Thursday
- Sunday night shift is 19:00-03:00
Pay Rate
- £8.04 uplift per night shift
