Following recent growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Associate to join the OP team!

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and understand hiring needs across different sectors
- Source and speak to candidates looking for new temporary and permanent opportunities
- Grow and develop a client database
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Ensure recruitment specific compliance within your role
- Work towards targets, both individually and within a team
What We Offer
- Starting salary (£20,800 to £26,000 per annum) depending on experience

Hours of Work
- 40 hours per week with hours worked between:
- 8am ’til 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am ’til 3pm on a Friday
