We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Manufacturing & Distribution client, who are actively seeking an experienced Customer Support Administrator within the Willenhall area.
This position will be a 12 week temporary to permanent role with a fantastic career growth.
Duties Processing sales & purchase orders
Liaising with customers regarding delivery updates
Setting up new customer & supplier accounts
Setting up new product & stock codes
Supporting tendering processes
Preparing & identifying tender items/prices
Creating & maintaining customer relationships
General administrative duties
Working hours Monday to Friday: 8:30am till 5:00pm
Hybrid work available also
Part time will also be considered
Salary £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Requirements Previous experience within this role or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate; Microsoft office software
High attention to detail & accuracy
