We are exiting to be representing our well known Manufacturing & Distribution client, who are actively seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager within the Willenhall area on a straight to permanent basis.
This position offers fantastic benefits:
• Permanent from day 1
• Salary upto £30,000.00 per annum

• Monday to Friday working (08:30-17:00)

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Good at Web Research
• Good telephone manner
• IT Skills
• Sage 200 preferred but not essential
• Excellent customer service skills
Key duties of the role include:
• Supporting all aspects of existing Contract Administration
• Processing Sales Orders
• Processing Purchase Orders
• Keeping Key Customers Updated with Delivery Information
• Expediting Purchase Orders with Suppliers
• Identifying alternate Sources of Supply when issues arise with Current Supply Chain
• Supporting all aspects of the Onboarding process
• Setting Up New Customer and Supplier Accounts
• Setting Up New Product/Stock Codes
• Communication with Internal Personnel to ensure appropriate knowledge is disseminated.
• Supporting the whole Tendering Process
• Data Analysis
• Filling in Company Data on Tender Submissions
• Identifying Supply Chain for Tender Items
• Preparing Tender Prices
• Any additional duties as and when required
