Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the Owen Payne team.
The Ideal Candidate
- A confident communicator with a positive, proactive approach
- Experienced in an office-based environment
- Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Driven, resilient, and keen to learn
- Ambitious, with a desire for progression
- Fully computer literate
The Role
- Sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
- Conducting interviews (face-to-face and video)
- Screening applicants and completing right-to-work checks
- Supporting client and candidate relationships
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment procedures
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Supporting Consultants and Department Managers
- General administrative duties
