Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to join our small team in Pembrokeshire. Ideally, you will be a qualified Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor with more than five years’ post qualification experience in private client management. While this is preferred, strong estate management expertise or relevant related experience is more important. Fellowship of the CAAV is desirable, and support will be provided for those wishing to pursue this qualification. Candidates with a legal background, including qualified solicitors are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of rural estates, primarily for private clients, with some corporate and institutional client management.
- Oversee lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, maintenance of property and provide general consultancy advice.
- Engage with a diverse range of properties, including commercial and leisure assets in Pembrokeshire and beyond.
- Experience in agricultural valuations and agency experience are advantageous but not essential.

- Professional, client-focused communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
- Working in private practice and used to dealing directly with clients and tenants.
- As part of a small team must be adept at multi-tasking and able to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
- Excellent IT proficiency and a proactive approach to innovation.
- Ability to balance autonomy with collaborative team work.
- Must be able to drive and have their own car.
