Owen Mumford are looking to hire an enthusiastic Commercial Compliance Manager! Could this be your next role?

Scope: As the Commercial Compliance Manager you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence and sales efficiency within OMPS to ultimately drive growth through improved commercial effectiveness. The role is responsible for assuring commercial processes are complied with and associated data is accurate and timely. It will manage consolidation of demand data from business development and account management activity to ensure accurate and timely information is supplied to R&D and operations. The role will chair operational scheduling activity acting as the representative for OMPS ensuring customer and commercial priorities are appropriately managed within the business. Facilitates client communication and conflict resolution with Account Management and BD functions the role will collaborate with adjacent functions to optimise the customer journey within a framework of continuous improvement and inter departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and drive the process of receipt, review and consolidation of customer demand including BD pipeline data and commercial customer demand to enable accurate forecasting and support of AOP.
  • Develop customer solution summaries/pathways with relevant technical functions (development, regulatory etc) to ensure commercially equitable and regulatory optimal solutions are delivered to customers.
  • Maintain the Technical Data Room ensuring accurate and compelling information for existing and prospective customers in collaboration with Technical teams, BD and Marketing.
  • Provide oversight and review of RFP process and continuous improvement of document formats and pricing.
  • Ensure contractual compliance with client contracts and associated governance frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device or CRO industry, preferably in a customer facing role (external or internal).
  • Working in a fast moving and agile environment.
  • Operational planning and or pricing.
  • Understanding of the drug and combination device regulatory environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including delivery of presentations involving complex data.
