Manual TIG Welding and fabrications of components to company and customer specification.

Read and understand welding symbols as detailed on WPS and Engineering Drawings

Read and understand all manufacturing instructions prior to commencing an operation, this includes Machine and Tooling Set Up Packs as required, Engineering Drawings, Data Cards, Inspection Plans etc

Carry out in process inspection in accordance with requirements to ensure that components are conforming prior to passing on to subsequent operations

Ensure that components identified as non-conforming during in process inspection are identified and communicated in accordance with the Non-Conformance Procedures

Demonstratable TIG Welding experience

Experience working with a number of materials, such as nickel, stainless steel, aluminium, and/or inconel
