Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, my client is looking to appoint a Specialist Security Project Manager to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, secure custodial and blue-light projects, delivering specialist electronic security systems as part of a highly skilled and market-leading team.

What you will be doing
- Managing projects for the installation of specialist electronic security systems
- Overseeing works across secure custodial and blue-light sector environments
- Delivering installations including access control, CCTV, and associated safety systems
- Working closely with principal contractors and end clients
- Providing technical support to installation teams and ensuring high standards of delivery
- Coordinating with commissioning, installation, and service engineers on new-build and refurbishment projects
- Managing change control and identifying opportunities for system improvements and additional services
What we are looking for
- Strong commercial awareness with good budgeting and planning skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and resources effectively
- Confident decision-maker, able to problem-solve under pressure
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and IT systems
- Good understanding of construction law and Health & Safety regulations
Experience & qualifications
- Project management experience within construction, security, or electrical engineering
- Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, APM)
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications advantageous
- Experience delivering data networks, servers, or workstations beneficial
- Access control experience with Honeywell, Lenel, or Gallagher advantageous
- Experience with nurse call systems beneficial
Additional requirements
- Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to pass NPPV3 police vetting (essential)
- Willingness to travel and work away as required across the UK
