I’m currently working with a growing and ambitious independent firm of Chartered Accountants who are looking to appoint a Senior Manager - Corporate Tax. Up to £95,000 + excellent benefits. This is a newly created role within an expanding corporate tax advisory team, offering the opportunity to work closely with partners and help shape the firm’s tax advisory offering.
The work is primarily advisory-led, including projects such as:
- Corporate reconstructions & group reorganisations
- EMI share schemes & incentive planning
- Shareholder exit planning
- International tax matters
You’ll be working with fast-growth businesses and established international groups, delivering complex advisory work while also mentoring junior members of the team.
Qualifications:
- ACA / CTA qualified (ACCA also considered)
- Advisory-focused mindset
