Due to continued growth, a prestigious global property firm is looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor / Associate to join its Valuation & Strategic Advisory team, working across Prime Central London residential assets. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified surveyor to work on high-value, complex instructions within a supportive and highly professional environment. What you will be doing
- Delivering residential valuation and value & risk advisory services across Prime Central London
- Supporting statutory leasehold enfranchisement instructions, including lease extensions and freehold acquisitions
- Applying a range of valuation methodologies, including comparable, investment and residual approaches
- Producing clear, professional and well-structured valuation reports
- Managing instructions efficiently and meeting agreed deadlines
- Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the wider success and reputation of the advisory team
What we are looking for
- MRICS qualified Surveyor
- RICS Registered Valuer status is advantageous (or willingness to work towards it)
- Experience within residential valuation or advisory environments
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence using Excel
- Excellent written report-writing skills and attention to detail
- Professional, commercially minded and client-focused approach
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
