Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a home-based role with a strong existing pipeline of work and excellent long-term progression opportunities.

What you will be doing

  • Carrying out RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, including listed and conservation properties (training provided where required)
  • Completing RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and residential valuations
  • Producing clear, professional, and high-quality written reports
  • Ensuring full compliance with RICS standards and internal procedures
  • Managing your own workload independently from a home base
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Supporting business development and sharing technical knowledge within the team

What we are looking for

  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualified (MRICS preferred)
  • RICS Registered Valuer (essential)
  • Strong background in residential surveying
  • Level 3 Building Survey experience preferred
  • Experience with listed and conservation properties desirable (training available)
  • Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional, approachable, and commercially minded
