Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a home-based role with a strong existing pipeline of work and excellent long-term progression opportunities.

- Quarterly bonus: 20% of personal fee income above £20,000 per quarter

What you will be doing
- Carrying out RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, including listed and conservation properties (training provided where required)
- Completing RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and residential valuations
- Producing clear, professional, and high-quality written reports
- Ensuring full compliance with RICS standards and internal procedures
- Managing your own workload independently from a home base
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
- Supporting business development and sharing technical knowledge within the team
What we are looking for
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified (MRICS preferred)
- RICS Registered Valuer (essential)
- Strong background in residential surveying
- Level 3 Building Survey experience preferred
- Experience with listed and conservation properties desirable (training available)
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, approachable, and commercially minded
- Company laptop, mobile phone, and surveying kit provided
- PI cover included under RICS-compliant insurance
- Full admin and IT support
