Our client is an independent,award-winning , RICS-regulated firm specialising in residential property surveys and valuations across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, and surrounding counties. The company has an outstanding reputation for delivering detailed, client-focused services, including RICS Level 1, 2, and 3 surveys, as well as Help to Buy and shared ownership valuations. The team is small but mighty and due to the demand of their excellent service, they are currently expanding.

Position Overview:

My client is seeking qualified and detail-orientedLevel 2 and Level 3 Surveyors to join their growing, independent practice.

These primarily home-based roles involves conducting RICS Level 2/3 Surveys (Homebuyer Reports) and non-lending valuations across Banbury, Bicester, Oxford, and Witney.

With a strong emphasis on quality over quantity, you\’ll join a high-performing, well-reviewed team that prioritises professional standards, flexible working, and ongoing development.

This is an excellent opportunity for driven surveyors looking to grow within a respected and people-focused firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct RICSLevel 2/3 Surveys (Homebuyer Reports) andnon-lending valuations.
  • Perform detailed on-site inspections with visual assessments of windows, walls, roofs, and structural issues.
  • Deliver clear, professional reports to help clients make confident property decisions.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, client communication, and service delivery.
  • Attend monthly team days and collaborate with colleagues and leadership.
  • Support the firms goal of continued growth by contributing to an excellent client experience.

About You:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accredited with at least 1 years post-qualification experience.
  • VRS registered and confident in delivering Level 2 surveys independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
