Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Partner / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Oxford team. This is a rare opportunity to become a key figure within a growing office, helping to develop the regional Quantity Surveying offering whilst working on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare cost plans, budgets and financial reports.
  • Manage procurement and tender processes.
  • Administer contracts and advise on contractual matters.
  • Monitor project costs and manage commercial risk.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support business development activities and identify new opportunities.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants and contractors to achieve successful outcomes.

About You

We're keen to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors who are comfortable operating at Senior or Associate level and are looking for a role where they can have genuine influence. You will ideally have:

  • Consultancy-based Quantity Surveying experience.
  • MRICS qualification (or be actively working towards chartership).
  • Strong commercial and cost management skills.
  • Experience delivering projects across multiple construction sectors.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Ambition to contribute to the growth of a successful and expanding business.
