Residential Surveyor | Home-based (Home counties)

£60,000–£65,000 + £5,000 car allowance + bonus (20% of fees over £20k per quarter)

My client is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their growing, independent RICS-regulated practice.

The role includes:

• RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (including listed & conservation properties – training provided if required)
• RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and residential valuations
• Clear, professional report writing

About you:

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified (MRICS preferred)
• RICS Registered Valuer (essential)
• Strong residential surveying experience
• Confident, professional, and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
