An award-winning, RICS regulated independent firm is expanding and we're looking for an experienced, AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS-accredited surveyor to lead our growing residential team.
This newly created role offers a rare blend of strategic leadership and hands-on expertise.
You'll oversee a team of 3 (soon to be 5), mentor junior surveyors, drive quality and standards, and step in on complex Level 2 & 3 surveys when needed.
