Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys working directly with customers and travelling internationally?
I'm working on an exciting Customer Support Engineer opportunity within a specialist communications and defence environment, supporting complex technical systems across the UK and overseas.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for:
Installation, commissioning and maintenance of communications and network systems
2nd-line technical support and repair
Customer site surveys and technical troubleshooting
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and customer trials
Customer training and technical demonstrations
Requirements capture and technical documentation
Working closely with customers and internal engineering teams
Around 70% site-based, with UK and international travelWhat We're Looking ForExperience in areas such as:
RF / Radio
Datalinks
Networking / TCP/IP
Telecommunications
Communications systems
Defence or other complex technical environments
