The role takes ownership of all procurement across the business, covering direct materials and indirect goods and services. Job Description
Lead the end-to-end purchasing strategy across direct and indirect goods
Source, develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, contracts and agreements
Drive cost reduction, risk management and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally to support new product introduction, cost reduction and budget targets
Lead and develop the purchasing team.

Proven experience with strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation and development
Experience working within the automotive sector
Experience leading or developing team members
