Are you a maintenance engineer with experience working in a fast-paced environment? Have you got multi-skilled experience?   Our client is an engineering company in the West Midlands, they are looking for a maintenance engineer to join there team. The role will involve maintaining the machinery within the facility, carrying out repairs electrically and mechanically and fault finding to carry out repairs quickly.     The ideal candidate will be skilled in both electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery and have experience working within a fast pace environment.   Maintenance Engineer Permanent Double days – 6am - 2pm , 2am-10pm Telford   Maintenance Engineer Job Description Attend machinery breakdowns, fault find and carry out repairs quickly to keep production downtime to a minimum. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment, including PPMs, and help identify spares and future maintenance requirements. Plan and prioritise maintenance work, keeping records up to date and using the maintenance management system to log completed work. Assist with machine moves, installations and improvement projects, as well as working with contractors and specialist engineers when required. Follow health and safety, quality and 5S standards at all times, while supporting continuous improvement and helping keep the workplace running efficiently.   Maintenance Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience working in facilities and fast-paced manufacturing environments. Understand how breakdowns and downtime can affect production and customer deliveries. Experienced in electrical maintenance and installation, including LV systems. Hold a valid FLT Reach licence and have experience using FLT equipment. Able to read engineering drawings and understand technical information and documentation
