We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic and commercially minded Head of Operations to help take a growing manufacturing operation to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine scope to shape how the business operates . Head of Operations Salary is dependent on experience Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday. Permanent Camberley Head of Operations Job Description Drive operational efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement Identify smarter, more effective ways of working and turn ideas into action Lead Production, Planning, Procurement and Logistics teams Use data and KPIs to drive performance and decision-making. Contribute to wider business strategy as a key member of the senior leadership team Head of Operations Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Proven experience leading operations within a manufacturing environment Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
