The ideal candidate will be hardworking, efficient and comfortable managing a high volume of enquiries while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Job Description
- Provide general sales administration and day-to-day support to the sales team.
- Manage a busy shared inbox, responding to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Support the sales and estimating teams with processing enquiries and preparing quotations.
- Help maintain quick quotation turnaround times, aiming to respond within one hour where possible.
- Provide holiday cover and additional support to team members when required
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of enquiries
- Proactive, hardworking and motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
