We're looking for an experienced Bid Manager with a proven track record of winning tenders to join a growing engineering business.
You'll own the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity and bid/no-bid through to submission, leading the development of compelling technical and commercial proposals.
What we’re looking for
- Proven bid management and tender-winning experience
- Experience managing complex tenders and formal procurement processes
- Framework experience would be highly desirable
- Ideally from an engineering, infrastructure, M&E, power, utilities or similar environment
- Confident managing technical, commercial and senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, deadlines and compliance
- Proactive approach to improving the bid-to-win process
