If so, our client who specialise in electroplating would be interested in your background!In this role, you will actively contributes to delivering world leading customer service and ensures a high level of satisfaction through the timely, efficient and effective completion/delivery of customer orders, to support profitable sales growth.PermanentBromsgroveHours: Monday – Thursday (8am – 5pm) & Friday (8am – 3pm) Shipping Coordinator – Key Responsibilities Provide and support excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Ensure a high level of satisfaction through the timely, efficient and effective completion/delivery of customer orders. Report delays as soon as possible. Process all stock item sales orders, raising all relevant paperwork, despatch notes, sales invoices, etc on Sage 200 system. Send official quotations for all solution/consumable/equipment items, in a timely manner. Follow up all outstanding quotations each month. Produce shipping documents, dangerous goods notes and arrange relevant transport for all product sales orders.
