We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team to support the implementation of Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and ideally with exposure to or involvement in a Salesforce greenfield implementation. You’ll play a critical part in shaping and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support our commercial and marketing operations during design, build and launch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the project and rollout of both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud within Fluid Water Group
- Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments
- Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Build and maintain automation processes using flows, validation rules, and process builder
- Assist in the integration of third-party tools and applications with Salesforce
- Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data hygiene
- Participate in (or lead) projects involving new feature rollouts, system enhancements, or greenfield implementations
- Support the development of the Junior Salesforce Administrator
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Experience with user management, automation tools, and reports/dashboards
- Understanding of CRM and marketing operations
- Excellent communication skills with a business-focused mindset
Desirable Skills:
- Hands-on experience in a Salesforce greenfield implementation
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification or equivalent
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Familiarity with tools like Pardot, Tableau, or Salesforce-integrated apps
- Experience of project management
