Sales Manager – FiltrationLocation: Home-based (within 50 miles of Manchester) – UK & Europe travel requiredA global manufacturing business based in Manchester is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across UK and European markets. This newly created role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a business with ambitious expansion plans.The Role: Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, maximising existing accounts, and leading targeted sales initiatives. You’ll conduct market research, track competitor activity, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospect to close.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales and business development experience, ideally in filtration or a related technical industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and internationally.
Package:
- £50,000 – £56,000 plus quarterly bonus (up to 15%)
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
