Job Description

Set and operate manual lathes
Machine components accurately with a right-first-time mindset
Follow route card instructions and complete all job documentation accurately
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings
Conduct quality inspections using a range of measuring equipment

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in a manual turning role
Strong right-first-time mindset — extremely low tolerance for errors due to regulated environment
Ability to work from detailed engineering drawings
Willingness to work overtime as required
