Procurement Manager
We are looking for a Procurement Manager for a well established manufacturing business in Coventry. The role takes ownership of all procurement across the business, covering direct materials and indirect goods and services. If you enjoy a strategic hands on role, alongside leading and developing a team, this could be a good fit for you!

Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end purchasing strategy across direct and indirect goods
- Source, develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, contracts and agreements
- Drive cost reduction, risk management and continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally to support new product introduction, cost reduction and budget targets
- Lead and develop the purchasing team.
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Proven experience with strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation and development
- Experience working within the automotive sector
- Experience leading or developing team members
- Commercially focused, resilient and comfortable making evidence-based decisions
