Manufacturing Team Leader Location: Devon Salary: Β£60,000 We are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join a leading global aerospace manufacturing organisation in Devon. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, leading production teams and driving performance across safety, quality, delivery and productivity. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and production teams. Manage resources and ensure production targets are achieved. Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Improve key KPIs including On-Time Delivery, First Pass Yield and productivity. Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching and engagement. Promote a strong culture of safety, quality and operational excellence. Implement Lean tools including 6S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work and Visual Management. Lead structured problem-solving and process improvement activities. Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering and other functions to maximise operational performance. About You 3β5+ years' experience in Manufacturing/Operations. Previous experience leading and developing teams. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working with manufacturing KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies. Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or a related discipline preferred. Aerospace, automotive or other highly regulated manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
