Job Description
Manage employee lifecycle tasks and documentation including preparing contracts, pre employment checks, inductions and reviews.
Maintain accurate and up to date employee records
Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis
Assist with payroll administration, regarding starters, leavers, salary changes, absence and other payroll-related matters
Support with employee relations matters, including meeting arrangements, correspondence and documentation.

Previous experience working within a HR role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
CIPD qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification is highly desirable
