NDT Level 2 Inspector
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:
- Remain compliant to all the required Level II certification for FPI & MPI.
- Ensure all work and activities always follow Health and Safety guidelines.
- The review of customer requirements / specifications against Route Cards.
- Accurately track and update production progress in the MRP system.
- Ensure customer orders are completed on schedule and meet high-quality standards.
- Represent the department in customer meetings when required.
- Support and contribute to departmental process improvements.
- Uphold product quality by monitoring standards and executing QA-directed quality control and corrective actions.
- Identify and report any issues that could affect work performance or departmental efficiency.
- Carry out part marking responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Must be qualified in PCN (Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing) in Level 2 Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI) & Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI).
- Experience working in Aerospace, Automotive or a highly regulated industry.
- Experience in completing route cards.
