Job Description Production Technician Are you looking for a hands-on Production Technician opportunity within a specialist engineering environment? Do you have an interest in electronics, assembly, and electrical testing? Our client, a specialist engineering and technology business, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be involved in the assembly and testing of small electronic products. Production Technician Permanent Position Monday to Friday Production Technician Assemble small electronic products and components to engineering and production specifications Carry out electrical testing and verification using multimeters and other test equipment Assist with fault-finding and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies Carry out soldering and component rework where required Follow engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and technical documentation Complete production and testing records accurately Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet quality and delivery requirements Develop technical skills through on-the-job training and support from experienced engineers Production Technician Previous experience in electronics assembly, production, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment would be advantageous Interest in developing a career within electronics and engineering Basic understanding of electrical or electronic principles Experience using a multimeter or electrical test equipment would be beneficial Soldering experience would be advantageous but is not essential Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Willingness to learn new technical skills β€” full training will be provided
