Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence professional who can turn business challenges into practical improvements and deliver measurable results? As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, working with teams on the shop floor and senior stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver results.

Lead the continuous improvement strategy across the site and ensure it supports overall business objectives. Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and capacity. Lead cross-functional improvement projects from initial idea through to implementation and long term sustainability. Build business cases for improvement projects, including costs, benefits, resources and expected return. Introduce and embed Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping etc.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong practical knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in areas such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery and capacity.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams at all levels.
  • Experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideally.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualification.
