The OpportunityThis is a senior-level position combining technical leadership, project delivery, client management, business development and strategic growth.You’ll play a key role in:Leading the successful delivery of complex Fire & Life Safety projectsProviding senior technical direction and acting as a subject matter expertBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clientsSupporting the strategic growth and expansion of the Fire & Life Safety offeringLeading and mentoring a team of engineers, consultants and technical specialistsOverseeing technical quality, project delivery and QA/QC standardsSupporting commercial performance, resourcing and financial managementRepresenting the business at industry events, conferences and seminarsDeveloping innovative solutions and helping shape industry best practiceWorking closely with Divisional and Executive Leadership on long-term strategy What we're looking forWe’re looking for an established Fire & Life Safety leader with:✅ 15+ years’ professional experience within a relevant industry✅ 8+ years’ management/leadership experience, ideally leading technical teams✅ A recognised Engineering degree, ideally MSc level or equivalent professional qualification✅ Chartered Engineer status with the IFE or equivalent (or currently working towards it)✅ Proven commercial and business development capability✅ Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills✅ A strong reputation within the Fire & Life Safety industryExperience managing projects valued at $10m+ and a recognised profile within the industry would be highly advantageous.
