Job Description
- Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery.
- Manage, maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
- Manage internal and external audits, including customer and supplier audits.
- Lead investigations into non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage and develop the Quality team, driving continuous improvement across products, services and processes.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a Quality Manager or senior quality position within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Experience of root cause analysis, problem solving and corrective/preventative actions.
- Experience working with customers and suppliers within a quality-related role.
- Experience of varied manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, complex assembly is advantageous)
