Job Description:

• Acting as a customer interface and focal contract point for customers for all quality related matters including customer complaints, new product implementation, quality performance reviews
• Leading day to day quality activities of an integrated logistics centre (Warehouse) to ensure accurate management of customer returns, supplier returns and quality wall inspections
• Apply root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.
• Leading and motivating a small team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience with customers or customer quality
• Proven experience in root cause investigations
• Engineering & Manufacturing experience.
