Our client, a well-established engineering company, is looking for a skilled and reliable Manual Machinist to join their team in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manual machining, particularly lathe operation, and a good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining processes. Manual Machinist Permanent position Monday to Friday Manual Machinist Operate manual lathes to manufacture precision engineering components Carry out manual turning and other machining operations where required Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for machining operations Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy throughout the machining process Manual Machinist Proven experience as a Manual Machinist Strong experience operating manual lathes Manual turning experience would be highly beneficial Good understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and measurements Experience using standard workshop measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
