- Supporting business leaders in executing strategies while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful organisational culture.
- Championing HR initiatives, advocating for employees, and guiding organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
- Driving people strategy and processes like performance management, leadership development, and succession planning to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement policies and processes that support continued business growth and success.
