Supporting customers across the aerospace, defence, automotive and space sectors, the company is transforming the production of lightweight composite structures through innovative manufacturing processes and automation. As a Composite Assembly Fitter, you will be responsible for the assembly, bonding and finishing of high-performance composite components, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered in line with customer requirements. Composite Fitter Assemble composite components in line with engineering drawings, CAD data and manufacturing instructions. Complete production documentation and job bookings accurately. Identify and report assembly, tooling or component issues. Maintain excellent standards of quality and housekeeping. Composite Fitter Minimum 3 years' experience within a fitting, assembly or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Composite Fitter Experience working with composite materials. Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
