Job Description.
- Overseeing all financial operations across three sites, managing a small finance team and ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and control.
- Partnering closely with the Finance Director to drive performance, support strategic decision‑making, and deliver insightful financial analysis.
- Overseeing all financial controls, month‑end processes, forecasting, and budgeting activities across two manufacturing sites and one logistics site.
- Managing and developing a local finance team including AP, finance assistant, and CIMA‑qualified factory accountant to build capability and succession.
- Acting as a proactive business partner within the organisation, supporting growth, cost control, and continuous process improvement.
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications.
- Previous experience in a senior finance role within a fast‑paced manufacturing or engineering environment
- Holder of a relevant finance degree or qualification
- Experience presenting and reporting to director and C‑suite level stakeholders
