I'm looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong HR generalist expertise who thrives on both strategic projects and hands-on HR delivery.

Permanent Role

Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm

Coventry

Lead a team of 3 HR Specialists and an HR Administrator, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services across the site.

Partner with senior leaders and managers across various divisions to develop people strategies aligned with the business strategy.

Drive employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and talent development initiatives tailored to stakeholder needs.

Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including ER case management, performance cycles, succession planning, and workforce development.

Use data and people metrics to identify trends, manage risk, and shape proactive HR solutions across a large and dynamic workforce.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident in handling complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams in a high-volume, shared-service or multi-site context.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent senior HR qualification.
