The Role
- Installation and fitting of pipework systems
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Measuring, cutting, preparing and assembling pipework
- Installation of associated supports, valves and components
- Working to strict quality and safety standards
- Working as part of a wider mechanical installation team
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site procedures
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ in a relevant Pipefitting/Mechanical discipline
- CCNSG Safety Passport
- Security Clearance
- Previous industrial pipefitting experience
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Experience working within highly regulated environments would be advantageous
- Previous experience at Hinkley Point C would be beneficial but isn't essential
Hourly Rates:
- Basic: £28.29 - £29.52 per hour
- Overtime A: £39.61 - £42.82 Overtime B: £50.93 - £55.05
- 10 days on / 4 days off
Allowances:
- Weekly Accommodation Allowance - £350.73 (Tax Free)
- Travel Time Allowance (based on location)
