Are you a proactive EHS Specialist who is passionate about creating a safe, sustainable and complaint workplace? We are working with a leader in advanced engineering who are looking for an EHS Specialist on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a strong EHS background within an industrial/manufacturing environment and enjoy a hands on, fast paced role.

Coventry, with some travel to Birmingham involved
EHS Specialist
Job Description
- Maintenance and development of the Health, Safety and Environmental management systems to ISO14001 and 45001.
- Development, implementation and maintenance of health, safety and environmental manuals, procedures, forms and safe systems of work.
- Maintenance and control of various permits and consents including environmental agency and local authority representatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and oversee the coordination and completion of action plans.
- Delivering health, safety and environmental training across the business and for new starter inductions.
EHS Specialist
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a health, safety and environmental role within a manufacturing/engineering/industrial environment.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of ISO4001 and 45001
- Full UK driving license
