Job Description
- Support the Production Manager with the efficient running of the production area, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring effective communication across the production process.
- Lead designated teams to meet customer requirements across quality, cost and delivery, while supporting the achievement of key OTIF targets.
- Coordinate daily production activities and effective shift handovers using the SQCDP framework, escalating issues where required.
- Promote continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, safety, environmental and energy performance.
- Manage team performance, development, training, conduct and attendance while maintaining relevant systems and working to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 standards.
