Senior Quality Engineer Permanent Position Mon - Thus (08:00-16:45) Fri (08:00 - 12:30) ASAP Start Derby Senior Quality Engineer Job Description: Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams on quality-related issues, ensuring effective resolution and strong communication Maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process, supporting a Right First Time approach and ensuring customer requirements are met Lead and support root cause analysis, non-conformance, RCCA, CAPA and continuous improvement activities to reduce recurring quality issues Support the Quality Management System, including internal audits and external audits such as NADCAP, while ensuring compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements Work closely with production and cross-functional teams on NPI, quality improvement projects and the implementation of effective quality processes Senior Quality Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications: Experience within an aerospace/highly regulated manufacturing environment Experience with practical problem-solving and continuous improvement tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Kaizen and root cause analysis Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) Experience within CNC Machining, Fabrication, Special processes are advantageous Please apply below if this role is of interest
