Founded in 2011, we specialise in providing recruitment solutions to STEM businesses across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our recruitment team.
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Delivery Associate / Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working primarily within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, developing relations and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies. Your job is to support the business by sourcing talent for a variety of positions for a range of different customers across the UK. The primary responsibility of your position will be sourcing the best talent for our clients.
Skills Aptitude:

Duties:
- Build, maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service
- Building a strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Act as an ambassador through interaction with any clients and candidates
- Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience
Package:
- Flexible/Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
