Owen Daniels are looking for a quality professional with experience in NCRs, 8D problem-solving and root cause analysis to join a manufacturing business operating within sectors such as aerospace, automotive, power generation and oil & gas. This role would suit an experienced Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or Quality Technician, as well as a junior quality professional looking to take the next step in their career. The Role Manage and investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Support root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys and corrective actions. Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure corrective actions are implemented and prevent repeat problems. Support continuous improvement and maintain quality documentation. What We’re Looking For You’ll have experience or exposure to NCRs, 8D, 5 Whys or similar problem-solving techniques within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience in aerospace, automotive, power generation, oil & gas or another engineering-led industry would be advantageous. We’re open to candidates at different levels. You might be an established Quality Engineer, a hands-on Quality Technician or Coordinator, or someone junior with the right foundations and ambition to develop. Interested?
