Do you have experience working in complex contract management within the aerospace or engineering sector? I want to speak with you! I’m looking for an experienced Commercial and Contract Specialist to join a global leader in advanced engineering solutions. You will play a key role in securing new business opportunities and supporting contract strategy, bid/no-bid decisions, and proposal development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical and negotiation skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Manage and administer complex contract requirements for key clients, including Basic Agreements and Long-Term Contracts.
Analyse performance metrics, delivery schedules, terms & conditions, and ensure full contract compliance.
Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including technical and commercial evaluations.
Support bid initiation by coordinating cross-functional input and developing compliant proposal packages.
Negotiate complex terms and conditions, pricing, and contract changes while effectively mitigating risk.
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external customers to resolve claims or disputes.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- 2 to 4+ years’ experience in contract management, ideally within the aerospace, defence, or engineering sectors.
- Strong background in proposal development, contract negotiation, and risk management.
- Solid understanding of legal and corporate compliance requirements.
